Terms & Conditions
Delivery:
Whilst our next day courier service offers a 97% + success rate, Zebra Print cannot give any guarantees for next day services and as a result cannot take responsibility, or incur costs, for missed deadlines caused by couriers.
Tracking:
All orders placed with an email address will receive tracking from our courier, this will show as proof of delivery.
Bespoke Order Proofs:
Our design teams working hours are Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm. When placing a bespoke order, our design team will be in touch using the email provided.
Damaged Goods:
For any damaged goods, please report to us within 24 hours upon receipt of goods with any photos / proofs.
Return Policy:
For anything that’s not bespoke, we offer a 14 day return policy on items that are unopened, still in the original packaging and returned to us in the same condition that it left us. For bespoke orders, as they’re made to order we can’t offer returns on these.
Shipping Policy:
Our bespoke vouchers are on a 3-5 working day lead time, although this can extend if the response time from the purchaser is excessive. For normal items, shipping is 2-3 working days with a next working day express service available if ordered before 12.30pm.
