For standard, non-personalised products you can change your mind: tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, then send it back within a further 14 days. Personalised and bespoke products can’t be returned for change of mind, but your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products are always unaffected.

Standard items: Orders placed Monday to Friday by 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Free standard UK delivery normally takes 4–5 working days. Express delivery is £4.95 and normally takes 1–2 working days; 97% of Express orders arrive the next working day. These are estimated delivery times. Eligible orders covered by our Event-Date Guarantee are protected separately.

Bespoke and personalised items: These are normally designed, approved and dispatched within 3–5 working days, depending on how quickly the proof is approved. Delivery time is additional. If your event is close, please contact us before ordering.

Guaranteed in time for your event—or your money back. Enter your event date in the box provided and choose a delivery method that leaves enough time before your event. If your eligible order doesn’t arrive before your event, we’ll refund your order in full.

To qualify, enter your event date before completing your order and choose a delivery method that leaves enough time:

• Standard items with Express delivery (£4.95): allow the complete 2 working-days delivery window before your event.
• Standard items with free delivery: allow the complete 5 working-days delivery window before your event.
• Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are treated as dispatched the next working day — count your delivery window from then.
• Bespoke and personalised orders qualify only when Zebra has confirmed your event date can be met and you approve your artwork proof by the stated deadline.
• Mixed orders containing bespoke products need Zebra’s confirmation to qualify.

The guarantee does not apply where delivery is prevented by an incorrect or incomplete address, a customer-requested order change, delayed artwork approval, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt made before the event. If an eligible order’s first delivery attempt is on or after the recorded event date, we’ll refund the qualifying order in full, including its delivery charge. This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and does not restrict them.

We pack every order with care, but if something does arrive damaged, we've got you covered. Just send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll arrange a replacement straight away. Your satisfaction is our priority.
