Communication is very hard receipt says 2-3 days delivery been 2 weeks and still haven’t received nobody responded to my messages

Ordered a bespoke bundle from zebra prints, asked for something ‘fairytale/princess themed with purple & peach colour scheme’.
They did not disappoint, i recieved design proof for approval and then recieved my adorable cutouts all in 4 working days. Amazing !!
