How It Works
- Choose your bespoke product below — a mini bundle, full bundle, easel sign or sail board.
- Check out with your email address — that's all we need to get started.
- Reply to our email with your ideas — our design team will email you with a few questions about your theme, colours and wording, and you can attach any inspiration photos you'd like us to work from. The team works Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.
- Approve your proof, and we print and dispatch. Nothing goes to print until you've approved the design. Bespoke orders are normally designed, approved and dispatched within 3–5 working days — this depends on how quickly the proof is approved. Delivery then takes 3–4 working days with our free service, or 1–2 working days with express delivery (£3.95). If you have a fixed event date, tell us when you order.

Created Around Your Brief
Choose the theme, colours, wording and overall style, and our design team will bring the pieces together into a coordinated design for your event. You'll see a proof by email and can request changes before anything is printed — the proof stage exists so the design can be adjusted until it's right.
Everything is printed on 5mm foamex, the same rigid, waterproof board as our standard ranges — wipeable, reusable and suitable for indoor or outdoor displays (secure props properly in windy conditions).
For Businesses and Corporate Events
We also design bespoke pull-up banners (£90) — a 2100×800mm roller banner created around your brand, reusable across trade shows, shops and events. For larger corporate displays, see our corporate event cutouts and displays.
Bespoke Order Questions
How long does a bespoke order take?
Normally 3–5 working days from order to dispatch, including the design and approval stage — the quicker you reply to our questions and approve the proof, the quicker it ships. Delivery then takes 3–4 working days free, or 1–2 working days with express. If you have a fixed event date, tell us when you order and we'll tell you honestly whether the timeline works.
Can I see the design before it's printed?
Yes — a proof is emailed to you for every bespoke order, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
What if I don't like the first design?
Tell us what to change. The proof stage exists so the design can be adjusted before printing.
Can you work from reference images?
We can use reference images to understand the colours, mood and overall direction you like, but we can't copy another company's artwork or reproduce protected characters without permission. We'll create an original design that fits your brief.
Do you do repeat orders for stylists?
Yes — if you're a balloon artist or event stylist ordering regularly, get in touch. Once we've worked with you, repeat briefs are usually faster because we know your style.
