Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I order wedding cutouts?
We recommend ordering at least three weeks before the wedding. Standard personalised pieces dispatch in 3–5 working days; we keep capacity for last-minute weddings, but earlier ordering gives more design freedom.
Can I match my exact wedding colour palette?
Yes. Send us a colour swatch, hex code, Pantone reference or a photo, and we'll colour-match. If you've worked with a florist or stationer who has a defined palette, share that and we'll align with it.
Will the cutouts survive an outdoor wedding?
The board is fully waterproof and inks are UV-resistant. They handle covered outdoor use comfortably. For uncovered ceremonies, we'd recommend bringing them out for the photographs only.
Can stylists and florists order on a trade basis?
