Damaged Goods:

For any damaged goods, please report to us within 24 hours upon receipt of goods with any photos / proofs.

Return Policy:

For anything that’s not bespoke, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt on items that are unopened, still in the original packaging and returned to us in the same condition that it left us. For bespoke orders, as they’re made to order we can’t offer returns on these.

Shipping Policy:

Our bespoke vouchers are on a 3-5 working day lead time, although this can extend if the response time from the purchaser is excessive. For normal items, shipping is 3-4 working days with a next working day express service available if ordered before 2pm.
