Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are treated as dispatched the next working day — count your delivery window from then.
Bespoke and personalised orders that require artwork approval qualify only when Zebra has confirmed your event date can be met and you approve your artwork proof by the deadline we give you. Pre-designed personalised products that do not require a proof follow the standard delivery windows above.
Mixed orders containing bespoke or proof-required products need Zebra’s confirmation to qualify.

The guarantee does not apply where delivery is prevented by an incorrect or incomplete address, a customer-requested order change, delayed artwork approval, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt made before the event.

If an eligible order’s first delivery attempt is on or after the recorded event date, Zebra Print Events will refund the qualifying order in full, including its delivery charge. Zebra Print Events may ask for the products to be returned and will pay the return postage if it does.

This guarantee is additional to the customer’s statutory rights and does not restrict them.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, on standard, non-personalised products. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel, then send it back within a further 14 days. You can open and inspect products as you would in a shop, but a product used at an event may have a deduction applied for the actual reduction in its value.

Personalised and bespoke products can’t be returned because you’ve changed your mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products are unaffected either way. Trade and business purchases don’t carry an automatic change-of-mind right.

You pay return postage on a change-of-mind return; we cover it if something is faulty, damaged or wrong. Full details, including how to cancel, typical return costs and the return address, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Standard items: Free standard UK delivery normally takes 4–5 working days. Express delivery is £4.95 and normally takes 1–2 working days — order by 2pm Monday to Friday and Express orders are dispatched the same working day, with 97% arriving the next working day. These are estimated delivery times. Eligible orders covered by our Event-Date Guarantee are protected separately.

Bespoke and personalised items: These are normally designed, approved and dispatched within 5–7 working days, depending on how quickly the proof is approved. Delivery time is additional. If your event is close, please contact us before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack every order with care, but if something does arrive damaged, we’ve got you covered. Send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order where possible and we’ll arrange a replacement straight away. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

All orders placed with an email address will receive tracking from our courier, this will show as proof of delivery.
